9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Flexible Arrival Time – Each appointment is booked for a two-hour window to allow for travel time and accommodate any unexpected delays. On the day of your scheduled visit, you will receive an update with a more precise time of arrival.

Emergency Appointments – If an urgent visit is needed, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Emergency appointments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a goal of arrival within three hours whenever possible.

While our Post-Operative Concierge Care Package is designed to provide exceptional support, certain limitations apply to ensure the quality and consistency of care.

Location Restrictions: Patients must reside within a 20-mile radius of the provider. For distances beyond 20 miles, an additional $50 travel fee will apply, with a maximum service radius of 50 miles.

Visit Duration: Each post-operative visit is limited to 45 minutes to allow for efficient and effective care.

Service Hours: Post-operative visits are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Visits will be scheduled with a two-hour window to account for traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Communication Availability: Patients may contact the provider via email,, text, or call between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for questions or concerns. Calls or texts outside this timeframe will be directed to the patient’s physician’s office or, in the case of a medical emergency, 911.

Professional Conduct: This is a professional service, and mutual respect is expected. If the patient exhibits unprofessional or inappropriate behavior during post-operative visits, the provider reserves the right to terminate the contract without reimbursement.

Additional Visits: This package includes up to two visits. Any additional visits will incur extra charges at the provider’s discretion.
